If you have databases with fields in different orders and/or the wrong information in the wrong fields (for example, company name in the city field, state in the ZIP Code field, etc.) the RightFielder is right for you!
RightFielder even works in situations where you’ve got more than one kind of data in the same field (for example, if the city and state are together in one field). RightFielder can even convert “print image” files and “label format” files to flat files. And, it handles addresses outside the United States.

RightFielder is Fast
RightFielder can process up to 1,000,000 records per hour (depending on the complexity of the processing task and the configuration of your computer).
Turn unfielded or inconsistent data into an organized database
RightFielder Object will standardize inconsistently entered data, run-on lines of text containing multiple data types, or data with no structure at all. The multiplatform data management tool can be invaluable in handling legacy data, data migration; and integration efforts.
2 Parsing Engines to Identify, Extract, and Organize Data
This parsing logic is used when the input data is consistently delimited into fields, but the contents of those fields are unknown. RightFielder reorganizes the data into new columns each with a single data type.
RightFielder Parsing:
FreeForm Parsing: RightFielder’s powerful entity recognition and identification algorithms allow extraction of contact information from free form or unfielded textual data. The parsing logic analyzes the input data, recognizes where fields begin and end, and assigns the contents to the correct output property.
Data Types Recognized:
RightFielder recognizes up to three lines of street addresses, city, state, postal code and country. RightFielder recognizes and extracts multiple instances of these data types: personal names; company and department names; email and Web addresses; and phone numbers.
RightFielder also provides the flexibility to define and re-field custom data types like social security numbers (SSN), IP addresses, dates, and proprietary account number formats.
