Coupled with an ordinary user-supplied computer, the Mail Verifier Plus can help analyze mailpiece barcode quality before a mailing is completed. Without the proper tools, mailers can have a difficult time checking necessary barcode specifications, envelope reflectance and contrast ratio standards. By sampling individually selected pieces within a mailing, the MVP provides reassurance that a job will meet postal barcode readability specifications prior to USPS acceptance tests—allowing for in-line changes, without having to repeat an entire job.

Service and Warranty

The Mail Verifier Plus is backed by a 90-day factory warranty inclusive of parts and labor. A renewable extended one-year warranty is also available. The Mail Verifier Plus requires an annual calibration (calibration price includes one-way prepaid return freight from the service facility). Built in software automatically determines if the unit is acceptably calibrated each time it is used, and alerts the user when a calibration may be required for optimal performance. Two calibrations are included with the purchase of an extended warranty.
